The People employment is the empowerment of education ; to get better employment and better payment has become the need of the day. In the workplace many employees face many problems as well as the employers. Hence, stress has become the predominant and inevitable factors from child to man even to animals etc. This book discusses almost all types of stress factors especially in Organisation and relieving techniques with simple methods as yoga,music,long walk etc.Most of the IT and ITES Employees are stressed due to their workload and the target fixed for them.Their level of stress is elaborated and three factors of stress as Individual, Organizational and Environment.
