Strongly Magnetized 2DEG and Pair Interaction of Electron

An important system where quantum effects were observed is two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG).Two-Dimensional Electron gas offers a large Fermi Wavelength that is composable to the smallest device size achievable and a much higher mobility. These advantages facilitates the studies of quantum transports in nanostructores. When things become in a nanoscale so it have high speed and it act as wave nature.

I obtain my BSc degree in Applied Physics from Hawassa University at 2007. Then I joined MadaWalabu public University as graduate assistance position. Later, I graduated from Addis Ababa University with MSc. in Physics specialization of Condensed Matter at 2011. At this time I have been working at Madawalabu university as lecturer.
