Struffoli and Gingerbreadhouse

When I enrolled in a "Life Story Writing" course at the Sindelfingen Adult Education Center in 1997, I was determined to immortalize the story of my parents' love and life.

This book is the English translation of Struffoli and Gingerbreadhouse - it is dedicated to my english relatives. The story begins with a traffic accident in the 60s and its tragic consequences for a young family. It is a family story in Italy, Germany, England, which ultimately leads to the search for a father. A journey to Silesia serves as the crowning conclusion to this search for roots.

Als Zweitgeborene in einer Deutsch-italienischen Familie kam ich 1956 in Stuttgart - Bad Cannstatt zur Welt und bin in Sindelfingen aufgewachsen. Ich war mehr als 20 Jahre im Buchhandel tätig - möglicherweise entstand so der Impuls, selbst ein Buch zu schreiben.
