pyrido pyrimidine scaffold possess a range of therapeutic activities, and much more explore for its wide range of biological activities associated with this core structure. Many researchers tried to identify and make this scaffold more active to obtain a drug like candidate. Due to number of biological activities associated with the core, in this book we have given summary of some synthesized pyrido pyrimidine derivatives and their biological activities.
