X-ray emission provide useful diagnostic tool for the state of plasma,as contrary to the tokamaks.Plasma Focus machines are best pulsed point X-ray source for some special applications like lithiography,contact microscopy,X-ray micromachining, miniature sensors, tomograpy,plasma based light source,as well as high efficiency analytical methods.Plasma Focus device can be used to tailor the X-ray in different energy window to be used for different wide spread applications.Detailed description on Al, Cu, Ne and Hydrogen line emission have been discussed along with tapered & cylinderical anode used.
