Study of a management model and its applicability to Coopercedro

I dedicate this project first of all to God for giving meaning to my life, to my parents and brother for their example, encouragement, love and affection. To my wife for living with me, for her support and attention in times of joy and sadness, and to my advisor for his continued support and encouragement in my research. With this work I seek to emphasize the lack of effective and cohesive management in Brazil's small cooperatives.
