This book compares the efficacy of two enzymatic preparations in treatment of ulcers.Management of chronic non-healing ulcers or wounds is a difficult clinical problem. Non healing ulcers represent a major health burden and drain on resources. Management of wounds though common in surgical wards, there is need for thorough knowledge about pathophysiology and various treatment options available which form corner stone in treating such patients. It helps the treating surgeon to achieve better outcome both in terms of patient compliance and reducing time and cost.
