Increase exports, creation a jobs, stimulating of economic growth, rise in revenues, improvement in balance of payment. India used to export raw cotton, raw jute, cotton yarn and iron also since the early 1900s. Today India exports many types of goods to many countries. Especially cotton, yarn etc. so it is very important & helpful also to study the exports procedure in any organization or industry. So this project named as A STUDY OF EXPORT MANAGEMENT give the detail information of export procedure in particular industry.Export Management is not for Foreign Exchange also used for Planning & Control for effective Marketing System.Export Management is depends on the fields Science, Technology, Political, Structure of Organization, Social, Financial Position of the Organization & methods about trading within Organization.In this globalization, export business has gained much importance. to earn more profit money companies today tend to export the goods to different countries . Hence study of export procedure and documentation has a wide scope.
