In this book an attempt is made to analyze the heat and mass transfer effects on a viscous in-compressible two dimensional steady/unsteady convective flow of a Newtonian/non-Newtonian fluid past a stretching sheet bounded by a porous/nonporous medium by taking viscous dissipation, linear/non-linear thermal radiation, uniform/non-uniform heat source/sink, Activation energy and Binary Chemical reaction with aligned/non-aligned magnetic strength into account. The governing equations are coupled and non-linear. An exact solutions are not possible for such problems, approximate solutions are obtained by Runge-Kutta with Shooting method. A parametric study is carried out to illustrate the behaviour of the velocity, temperature, concentration, Skin friction, Nusselt numer and Sherwood number for variations in various thermo physical and hydrodynamical parameters and represented in figures and tables.
