Study of surgical management of proximal humerus

Proximal humerus fracture are not uncommon. Earlier these fracture were treated conservatively but now these fracture are treated surgically with different technique, viz;percutaneous pinning, locking plate tension band wiring and nail. There exist controversy regarding all these different technique used for managing these fracture. This book includes systematic review of literature, description of surgical technique with images and critical evaluation of results with established reliable methods. Results are compared with other similar studies and discussed. Graphs, images and table used will help to understand results easily.

Dr Patil has over 14 years of clinical experience and teaching experience in the orthopaedic field. He has more than 6 years of experience in complex trauma and spinal surgeries. He attended many scientific deliberation at conferences and has done over 10 research works. He holds an International travel fellowship from Blackburn Royal Hospital U.K.
