Study of the impact of the restructuring of the export department at an SA

There are many gaps that can exist between what we think, what we say and what is actually experienced. Throughout this book we will focus on the gaps that appear in the organizational structure at Les Laboratoires Azbane, SA. Special interest is given to the export service department on which we will apply a restructuring in order to improve it, the study of the impact of this restructuring will take place towards the end through a current vision and a projection into the future.
