Nowadays, the energy problem is one of the fundamental issues facing the world. Since 1960 s, people have begun to realize that our current dependence on fossil fuels needs to change, but no significant steps have been taken to cut consumption until very recently. We are nearing what has been deemed a critical point in the consumption of fossil fuels; as we have nearly used half of the fossil fuels resources available throughout the world. Therefore, the development of renewable energy has become imperative. In this study, the offshore wind energy has been focused.
