Study Skills' Contribution to the English Language Proficiency

This book introduces the paramount role study skills play in the English language learning sphere.It mainly investigates the actual denominators resulting in student's academic failure, and addresses the issue of students' non-strategic ways of dealing with academic content. It also identifies scientific evidence-based strategies that are effective in helping students improve their study skills. This book is my humble contribution, as a novice researcher, into the field of applied linguistics.

Oumaima Ben Ali is a novice researcher in the field of applied linguistics. She is a graduate student from the university of Moulay Ismail for arts and humanities.
