Subjekt und Person bei Wittgenstein
Details
This book deals with Wittgenstein's subject conceptions.
This book deals with Wittgenstein's subject conceptions, this topic will be discussed within the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, the Blue Book and Philosophical Investigations. In order to more specifically understand Wittgenstein's subject conceptions and criticisms, other subject conceptions from modern and contemporary philosophers will also be included. Specifically, Hume, Descartes, Sellars, Strawson, William James and John Locke will be discussed. They are included either because they have parallels with Wittgenstein's position or they are a target of Wittgenstein's criticisms. In this sense, the current work is a dialogue between Wittgenstein's subject conception in its various creative phases, and with other subject conceptions in philosophy. This is done with the intention of showing that Wittgenstein tended to go from a subject to a person conception.
