Haroon A. Khan, currently a Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, USA, received Ph. D. in 1989 from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas. He was awarded Senior Fulbright Fellowship in 1999. He is the author of An Introduction to Public Administration.
