Success Factors for the Establishment of a Cloud Computing Sector

This book is the outcome of a research project that aims to identify the conditions and criteria required for the successful establishment of a cloud-service sector in Malaysia. I think my work on the field has provided a fresh perspective on Malaysia with respect to the state of its readiness, competencies, drivers of competitiveness and relative projects which determine industries competitive position in offering cloud computing services and facilities. Issues for Malaysia s competitiveness in cloud computing and recommendations from industry opinion leaders in assisting the development of cloud ecosystem in Malaysia are also discussed in this book.
