Success Factors in the Use of Routing Software

This study addresses the success factors in the use of routing software by transport companies operating in the city of Cacoal, Rondônia. Currently, companies are seeking to become increasingly better equipped to stand out from their competitors, investing in technology and a healthier internal environment, and training and empowering their employees, reinforcing the importance of transport companies to society. The objective was to study the success factors in the use of routing software by transport companies operating in Cacoal-Rondônia. Finally, after analysing the data, it was concluded that SSW is used by three of the four companies in the study. Training is one of the key points for the organisational success of the company.
