Success for Women Micro-Entrepreneurs

An empirical study analyzing the relationships between women using microfinance services and their entrepreneurial success in the microfinance sector in Sri Lanka and discovering the significant microfinance service components influencing their entrepreneurial success The study has also examined the moderating effect of ethnicity and level of education of these women entrepreneurs on the identified relationships. Further, attributes and characteristics (demographic and industry variables) of women in the sector have been identified.

Dr. Kingsley Bernard ist Dozent an der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften am Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) und verfügt über 35 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie, unter anderem im Bereich Mikrofinanzierung.
