Nigeria Political System came back to limelight in 1999 after a long while of military rule. The dictatorship regimes disorganized the early structure civility and modesty in ruling and pave way to negative behavior of politicians coupled with the benefit attached to the offices seeking to be elected ignore the rules and regulations governing the process of smooth change over or hand over elections to resultant effects of riots, assassinations and rigging of results to suit their desires. Thus, it is evident that a smooth change of government should involve all concerns, such as, the umpire, that is, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Stakeholders, Captains of Industry, Entrepreneurs, Security Agents, Judiciary, Market Women, and Eligible Citizens of voting age.
