Dr. Abhishek Kumar Pandey is an Assistant Professor at Department of Management, IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow, India. Dr Nishant Kumar is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Management University of Lucknow. He has been actively involved in teaching Management courses for last 23 years.
