However, the Director of the National Institute of Mental Health have mentioned that the various groups' hardworks have helped a lot to decrease the wide number of homicide and accidental traffic deaths throughout the last 30 years. But! Suicide rates have not enjoyed the same decline. Basically, the World Health Organization have made it clear that suicide is among the top five causes of mortality in the 15 to 19 years age group...
