Supervision and Inspection Practice in Educational Administration

Accountability in education refers to the practice of holding educational systems responsible for the quality of their products: students' knowledge, skills, behaviour and attitudes. It is in view of the school's responsibility that: - Society expects schools to facilitate all round development of students; - Schools acknowledge that they are responsible to the students, parents, government, the community and the larger society for what they pass on to their young; - Schools get funds from the government, parents and the larger society for conducting its activities; and, - Society can influence schools and its performance.

Il est actuellement chargé de cours au département d'administration et de planification de l'éducation de l'université de Nairobi. Il possède une vaste expérience de la gestion de l'enseignement supérieur et de la formation des enseignants au Kenya. Il a été formateur d'enseignants au Kaimosi Teachers College et à l'ancien Kenya Science Teachers College.
