The concepts of supply chain and supply chain management are receiving increased attention as a means of becoming and sustaining competitive advantage for firms in a global economy and dynamic environment. This research is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the beer product flow in brewery supply chain structure of the brewery firms of Ethiopia as a focus. The output of this research as addressed in detail in the research work clearly indicated the need for firms working in developing countries like Ethiopia to work more on their supply chain structure to compete with global firms in the world market. As a result it provides researchers an interesting insight who is interested in the areas of supply chain management to study the structure of supply chain in the flows of materials, finance and information from end to end in the order fulfillment cycle and recommend optimal supply chain structural design to firms in different industry. It especially is also helpful for students of undergraduate and graduates in universities and colleges in the business and engineering fields for quick reference.
