This case study is conducted on an industrial firm that has long years of experience in the industry. Supply Chain Management is becoming an integral part of global business operation. The ever changing customers' taste and preferences are among the critical driver for the need to have an integrated Supply Chain Management system through which resources of all kind would flow uninterruptedly and instantaneously across the value chain in a manner that benefits all the involved parties. The investigator has adopted best practices into the framework.
