Supply Chain Management Performance Evaluation

The central goal of the research is to bring new contributions regarding the performance evaluation of the supply chain management system, with a positive effect on improving the companies' supply chain management performance, but also the standardization of the processes in cause. The research includes a detailed analysis regarding the actual state of scientific knowledge in supply chain management and outlines the functionality of the supply chain management system. The research focuses on developing the performance evaluation methods within the supply chain management. By analysing specific automotive companies, the most relevant supply chain management KPIs are selected, linked to specific problems and an own SCM performance evaluation tool is elaborated.

M. Dumitrascu is an experienced PhD in Engineering and Management. His research fields are supply chain management, performance evaluation, key performance indicators and logistics. O.
