Survey of the 2015 Botswana Court of Appeal Judgments

This book aims to provide a useful and succinct summary of the cases from the Botswana Court of Appeal for the July and October 2015 session. This work aims to address the issue of backlog of reported cases and particularly as regards judgments from the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal is the main focus because it is the highest court in the country and its findings provide the final word on any subject matter. The work has divided the cases by subject area so that it is easy for the reader to extrapolate the principle of law with respect to the subject area under consideration.
