Sustainable Leadership: Youths in Leadership

The book is written in order to bring closeness into the gaps between leaders and the followers, the youths and the upcoming generations. When Leadership becomes unforeseen role, destruction is inevitable. The roles of the youths in our day to day activities cannot be over emphasized, irrespective of our gender. This book will open your eyes to what, why and where God has called you to be before the foundation of the earth. The youth Ministry purpose is not to have a bunch (large or small) of comfortable Christians who will show up on a Friday night for some fun and entertainment. The focus of the Scriptures is that you are to teach, train and equip them so that they will be able to move out into the world and have a huge impact for Jesus Christ, even in the working place. Wake up the dreamer in you. Light up the candle in you. Develop a lasting solution to other people's challenge. The world wasn't made for you alone. Create a sustainable environment for your world: you would have impacted goldmine in others. I want to believe am talking to someone out there. This book will provoke someone to action.
