Sustainable risk management

One of the key points to note is the fact that risk management is constantly evolving. The methods are enriched and the function of Risk Manager is strengthened and specialized in order to increase production and productivity. The proposal of a "risk forecast" finds its full meaning in order to shed light on how to manage risks for human, social and economic productions. Pushing back the relevant time horizon in the consideration of risks, thinking about long times, thinking the unthinkable, dispelling received ideas to better avoid and/or manage complex and unconventional crises, apprehending risk from innovation , identify weak signals...; these are the lines of conduct of a "foresight of risk". The said approach would then aim to put the individual, key element of the organization, at the heart of the reflection on the management and anticipation of risks because finally Man is the measure of any risk resulting in enormous losses and non-reversible failures.
