Synthesis, Bioevaluation of 2,4,5-Triphenyl-1H-Imidazole-1yl Derivative
Details
This Research Work was done by Mr. Shailesh P. Zala under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Badmanaban R. and Prof. Dr. Dhrubojyoti Sen and with the help of Prof. Dr. Chhaganbhai N. Patel, Head of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department and Principle of Institute for the partial fulfillment of M.Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. This work was started with the thought of Multi drug treatment of inflammatory conditions associated with microbial infections posses a unique problem especially for patients with impaired liver or kidney functions. Hence, mono therapy with a drug having both anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities is highly desirable, both from the pharmacoeconomic as well as patient compliance points of view. Encouraged by these observations and in continuation of the research on the Multidrug synthesis by five membered heterocyclic compound having Imidazole ring.
