Synthesis of Silicone Oil and Application on Cotton fabric

Silicone softener is the most important and common chemical in dyeing and fishing and plays a significant role in the finishing department of textile processing, fibers are often treated with silicone softener to give initial softness and smoothness to the textiles goods made of these fibers. Silicone softener could endow the textiles with soft, fluffy style. Proper stability and durability could reduce the problem of the roller sticky, floating oil. In general, it was colorless and transparent thick liquid and easy to dilute. It has the excellent affinity to all kinds of fabrics including cotton knit fabrics, woven cotton fabrics, polyester fabrics, jute etc.
