Details

The entire pharma industry is faced with the confront of growing productivity and novelty. The major hurdles are the increasing costs of research and development and a simultaneous stagnating number of new chemical entities. Taking in view of the applicability of heterocyclic compounds, in the present work several entities containing heterocyclic nucleus have been selected.Combinatorial and parallel chemistry are powerful tools for medicinal chemists in drug detection programs. It has expectant chemists to work out synthetic strategies and approaches that can be used for the construction of libraries. Combinatorial chemistry can be done on a solid support or in solution. Even though solid-phase chemistry definitively has some rewards we opted for the construction of libraries using the solution-phase approach.
