System of allied peasant consumer cooperatives

The experience of developing peasant consumer cooperatives in industrialised countries and in our country shows that in order to strengthen the economic position of family peasant and individual entrepreneurial farms and increase agricultural production, a system of peasant cooperatives is needed in the areas of lending, insurance, services and supplies for peasant farms, as well as for the processing and marketing of their products. In our opinion, given the favourable conditions that have developed in Azerbaijan, it is advisable for the state to support the process of establishing cooperation between peasant farms.

Teymur Adalat oglu Kuliev was born on 27 December 1972 in Baku. After graduating from the History Department of Baku State University, he studied at the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute and the Law Department of Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics. He is a doctoral student at the Azerbaijan National Institute of Economics and Social Sciences.
