Systemic Transformation of the Region Eastern Europe (1989-2004)
Details
The region "Eastern Europe" (REE) includes all the post-communist countries of Europe. Such definition responds to the current realities as the terms Central Eastern Europe and South-Eastern Europe which were more widespread in the 90s years of the XX century. The scientific problem of the monograph lies in the attempt to prove that the objective examination of the topic of East European reforms as a complex and ambiguous phenomenon is possible through the prism of systemic transformation in the process of globalization. The subject of the research is presented by systemic transformation in Eastern Europe. There were acquired results that have scientific innovation: it was proven that the success of reforms in the international regional system of Eastern Europe depended mainly on the external factors than on internal ones; on the ground of the complex approach to the wide range of problems of political life in the REE there was a worked out for the first time the scheme of subordination of the internal factors of transformation; besides it was proved the interdependence of the transformational potential and Eastern European identities.
