Taking evidences in international commercial arbitration

Taking evidence in international commercial arbitration provides the reader with general overview of process of evidence taking in commercial arbitration. It covers the framework of this process starting from peculiarities of different legal systems and finally referring to the role of national court in the place where arbitration is conducting. The author is constantly referring to the most reliable academic sources and practical examples. Experience of Austria and Ukraine has also been taken into account. Recent developments and problems in the field were discussed and pointed out.
