Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency is a six-member Group Representation Constituency in central Singapore. Tanjong Pagar GRC is led by Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, who is the Member of Parliament for the Tanjong Pagar division of the constituency since 1955. Tanjong Pagar GRC was formed in 1991 and has been held by the People's Action Party ever since, with a walkover victory at every nomination day since its creation that year. Tanjong Pagar consists of five divisions, namely Moulmein, Queenstown, Radin Mas, Tanglin-Cairnhill and Tanjong Pagar, Tiong Bahru. The seat consists of the areas of Tanjong Pagar, Queenstown, Tiong Bahru, Tanglin, Orchard Road, Bukit Merah, Moulmein, Bukit Timah, Novena, Newton and a portion of Telok Blangah. The GRC absorbed a section of Kreta Ayer-Tanglin Group Representation Constituency in 2001. Previously, Buona Vista was in the GRC from 1997 to 2001, until it was under Holland-Bukit Panjang Group Representation Constituency in 2001 and Holland-Bukit Timah Group Representation Constituency since 2006. Telok Blangah was also part of the constituency from 1991 to 1997.
