In this present research, our effort has been devoted for preparation,characterization and in vivo evaluation of targeted floating delivery systems containing H2 receptor antagonist and Prokinetic agent in combination to prevent the recurrence of acid peptic disorders such as peptic ulcers and Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)by using different methods such as pylorus ligation,ethanol induced ulceration in rats.
