For educational institutions, educational leadership is essential. True initiators of change and advancement in educational practice are leaders. They prioritize accomplishing the educational objectives by taking care of all the human and material resources. These leaders' qualities are crucial for teacher education institutions and reflect on faculty members and institutions. The most important requirement in this background is, assessment of leadership qualities in the perception of teacher educators regarding the principals of the institutions. In this context, the present study and work focus on Teacher Educators Perception of Principals Leadership Effectiveness in Secondary Teacher Education Institutions.
