Teacher's Commitment and Duties Towards their Work

Nowadays teaching and learning process has made a progress in different aspects of education, such creating new techniques and methods of learning and teaching, where as these two education processes, learning and teaching is becoming easier for both teachers and pupils too. In this aspect teacher's messages are very important for the pupils state as they try to establish their knowledge and information to the pupils. For pupils the voice of teacher is an order to them, not because they feel afraid from him, but because of the security and trust felt from him. This shows a lot to us that the communication it's like a door of success depended more from the teacher's creativity and his organization too, how he organizes and plans his work. Basing to that one of the techniques improving the pupils meets, the academic needs and helps them developing their skills in school subjects is providing multimedia during the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. Towards that XXI century requires all the teachers to continue learning the newest teaching methods and techniques in order to have in the "Center" student's position with the purpose of having more quality in the teaching.

Besjana (Imer) Rexhepi nasceu a 11 de Setembro de 1991 em Ramjan, uma aldeia da cidade de Vitia no Kosovo. Terminou a sua educação primária no seu município como excelente estudante. Depois terminou os estudos na Faculdade de Educação, Mestrado em Pedagogia e Ciências Políticas. Agora é candidata ao doutoramento em Skopje, Macedónia.
