Teacher Training

The first part of this book aims to share the results of research conducted during my teaching career in higher education. It is not enough to promote the importance of education for the development of the country if teachers are not provided with the necessary training conditions! The second part of the book presents higher education teachers with a pilot project for teaching innovation based on Vygotsky's theory of the Zone of Proximal Development. The book opens debates on teaching practice and the training of teachers working in elementary and secondary education. Being a teacher requires more than good will; it requires theoretical and practical training.

Master's degree in Psychology (Pontifical Catholic University (RJ). PhD in Brazilian Education (Federal University of Ceará). Researches topics related to Epistemology and Genetic Psychology.
