Noluntu Mpekoa ist Dozentin an der Central University of Technology. Sie verfügt über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung als Dozentin und unterrichtet Systemsoftware (CCNA 1-4) sowie Kommunikationsnetze (CCNA Security), die zum Cisco-Lehrplan gehören. Frau Mpekoa ist auch Forscherin, die gerade ihre Promotion abgeschlossen hat, und ihr Forschungsinteresse gilt den Themen HCI und m-Government.
