If teachers think the best way to improve teaching is by developing content knowledge, they need to rethink. There is more to teaching it is the learning! By developing contents one can have sophisticated levels of knowledge, yet be ineffective. To imagine, content matters more than process is to imagine that the car is more important than the road. Both are crucial. What is taught and how one learns are inextricably linked and interdependent. Simply said, teaching learning process consists of teaching inputs and learning outputs. This monograph features the important aspects of the teaching learning process and helps to discover new ways to build connections between teacher and learner.
