TEC computation using IGS data to understand the ionosphere

The present Book is a discuss about the IGS data and formats, especially the RINEX format and use of RINEX observation data file to understand the ionosphere electron density. The electron density variation is related to seismic activity. How electron density can be calculated using the data of IGS and can be used to predict the behavior of ionosphere. Also is about the algorithm that calculate the electron density.
