In the first half of the twentieth century, there was an increased need for skilled personal; therefore, this period marked the establishment of a number of TVET institutions.As a result, efforts have continued to restructure and organize TVET. At present the government realized that the remarkable need of the time is to direct the previous single track education of highly academic type in to multi-track education to provide wide-range vocational and technical courses which really prepare secondary school leavers for diverse jobs, make Ethiopian education job oriented and productive. Those attempts have been made to strengthen the actual situation under serving the economy as a whole through vocational and technical training. Therefore searching inquires have to be made at various level to find out as to what extent we have been successful in reaping the benefits of TVET.
