Technical Efficiency in Public Health Dispensaries in Kenya

Big sums of money are invested in health every year by governments world over Kenya included. For this reason it is of great importance to measure how well these resources are being utilised by the system and give recommendations on ways to improve on the same. The study covered by this book applied Data envelopment Analysis method to analyse the data. The results paints a picture of the extent to which the resources are used by the health dispensaries which are the facilities closest to the biggest population in Kenya.
