Technological modernisation of low-income housing

The Brazilian reality is represented by a housing deficit and an increase in the population of cities. For this reason, a number of low-cost housing projects have emerged over the last few years, but those responsible for their design and construction have favoured profit over user comfort and safety. In order to establish criteria for improving the quality of homes, the NBR 15575 technical standard for housing performance was drawn up, allowing new technologies to be applied to construction with the aim of improving the quality of life of residents. This project interprets this new standard and presents possible solutions for meeting its requirements.

I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an extension in project management and negotiation from PUC-Rio, a postgraduate degree in project management from UFRJ and a personal and professional coach from IBC.
