This edited volume presents new means of quantifying the behavioral and consequential differences between technology-based and non-technology-based nascent entrepreneurs in varied economies. It explores the socioeconomic place of technology in developed and developing countries, and describes the implications of this research for policymakers' ability to identify and support new areas of economic growth.
