TECHNOLOGY FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN CUBAN NEWSPAPERS

The need to increase the quality management of the Cuban press media, with actions that allow the improvement of quality in these institutions supports this research. However, it is evident that the inadequacies in quality management in Cuban newspapers, which lacks a process approach, limit the improvement of quality in these institutions, for which reason it is proposed to develop a technology, integrated by a model and general procedure, for quality management in Cuban newspapers, which will contribute to the improvement of quality in these entities.
