Teleworking

In today's society of economy new variables appear that increase the productivity of a country, the variables are related to technology and innovation. These variables are Internet, cellular, telephone and computers, in addition to this they are pillars of Telework. Telework is the possibility offered by a company for its employees to work from another domicile and this concept was born in the United States in the 70's. The objective of this research is to analyze the productivity of the main variables of Telework and gather bibliographic information on the same subject to make a comparative analysis between Colombia and Mexico.
