Temporary Agency Workers in Bangladesh

This academic work discusses about the legal position of the temporary agency workers of Bangladesh in comparison with UK legislation and cases. This article discusses whether the temporary agency worker in the typical "triangular" relationship should be treated as an employee of the agency or the end-user of their services. Findings and recommendations are suggested so as to follow by the authority to determine the employment status of the temporary agency worker in the typical "triangular" relationship in Bangladesh.
