Terence Bellew MacManus (born at Tempo, County Fermanagh, Ireland c.1811 January 15, 1861 in San Francisco, California) was a radical Irish rebel who participated in the Young Irelander Rebellion. After being transported to Van Diemen''s Land in 1849, he escaped and emigrated to the United States in 1852.A successful shipping agent, MacManus had been active in the Repeal Association in Dublin, where he sought to overturn the Act of Union between Great Britain and Ireland. He joined the Irish Confederation. He also was among those who participated and were sentenced to death for high treason for their parts with William Smith O''Brien and John Blake Dillon at the Young Irelander Rebellion in Ballingarry, County Tipperary, July 1848.
